    • 1 tablespoon molasses
    • 1 cup pumpkin
    • 2 eggs

    • 1-2 cups white flour or whole wheat.

    • Oil the cookie sheet while pre-heating the oven to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    • Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and then mix them well together. The mixture should have a cookie dough consistency.
    • Make cookie doughs using a spoon and place it on top of the oiled sheet. Positioned these about an inch away from each other.
    • Bake these for about 15 minutes. Notice that the cookies are hard enough.
    • Cool the cookies down for 2 to 3 hours.
